STARTUP Central ran two Proof of Concept (POC) cohorts in 2023 and 2024 to help researchers explore entrepreneurship, learn how to translate their research, and apply to SBIR/STTR grant funding. We awarded 19 teams with 45 total members to participate in our program. These researchers represent academic institutions across the Central IDeA state region (ND, SD, NE, KS, and OK).
